A41Y不銹鋼安全閥產品用途
不銹鋼安全閥A41Y整體材質選用優質不銹鋼鑄造而成,采用全封閉閥蓋和閥帽結構,安全閥開啟排放時,介質不會向外界泄漏,而全部通過排泄管排掉,又可防止灰塵等雜質進入閥內,適用于溫度不高于200°C的腐蝕性氣體和需要大排量的液體介質。上海申弘閥門有限公司是國內生產安全閥的主導廠,廠內建有遠東*的安全閥測試中心,國產*臺安全閥就是我廠誕生的,二十多年來,申弘牌安全閥的品種已發展到百余個系列,千余個規格,產品廣泛應用于鍋爐、石化、電站以及國防工業。并為國內*座核電站秦山核電站研制成功了*批核級安全閥。
安全閥是受壓設備、容器或管路上的*超壓保護裝置。當設備壓力升高達到預定值時,安全閥自動開啟,繼而全量排放,防止設備壓力繼續升高;當壓力降低到規定值時,安全閥及時自動關閉。申弘牌安全閥是選用者為保護工程設備安全運行的的,zui科學的明智選擇。所謂安全閥廣義上講包括泄放閥,從管理規則上看,直接安裝在蒸汽鍋爐或一類壓力容器上,其必要條件是必須得到技術監督部門認可的閥門,狹義上稱之為安全閥,其他一般稱之為泄放閥。安全閥與泄放閥在結構和性能上很相似,二者都是在超過開啟壓力時自動排放內部的介質,以保證生產裝置的安全。由干存在這種本質上類似性,人們在使用時,往往將二者混同,另外,有些生產裝置在規則上也規定選用哪種均可。因此,二者的不同之處往往被忽視。從而也就出現了許多間題。如果要將二者作出比較明確的定義,則可按照《ASME鍋爐及壓力容器規范》*篇中所闡述的定義來理解:

A41Y不銹鋼安全閥各種工況下使用壽命安全閥比較合理:
(l)熱水鍋爐一般用不封閉帶扳手微啟式安全閥。
(2)蒸汽鍋爐或蒸汽管道一般用不封閉帶扳手全啟式安全閥。
?。?)水等液體不可壓縮介質一般用封閉微啟式安全閥,或用安全泄放閥。
?。?)高壓給水一般用封閉全啟式安全閥,如高壓給水加熱器、換熱器等。
(5)氣體等可壓縮性介質一般用封閉全啟式安全閥,如儲氣罐、氣體管道等。
(6)E級蒸汽鍋爐一般用靜重式安全閥。
?。?)大口徑,大排量及高壓系統一般用脈沖式安全閥,如減溫減壓裝置、電站鍋爐等,如圖8所示。
?。?)運送液化氣的火車槽車、汽車槽車、貯罐等一般用內裝式安全閥,如圖4所示。
?。?)油罐頂部一般用液壓安全閥,需與呼吸閥配合使用。
(10)井下排水或天然氣管道一般用先導式安全閥,如圖6所示。
?。?1)液化石油氣站罐泵出口的液相回流管道上一般用安全回流閥。
?。?2)負壓或操作過程中可能會產生負壓的系統一般用真空負壓安全閥。
(13)背壓波動較大和有毒易燃的容器或管路系統一般用波紋管安全閥。
